All prices on the site are displayed in UK pounds sterling and include VAT.
The pricing of our jewellery is based on fluctuating precious resources and can therefore change daily.

Baker Bros Jewellers Ltd web site is aimed at providing a service which, where possible, replicates its store experience. There has to be small print, its here to protect you and we recommend you read it prior to purchasing. We are well aware that small print shouldn’t be small and have tried to make it as easy as possible to read and understand.

- All prices are Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

- Delivery to UK credit/debit card billing addresses only.
- This site is governed exclusively by English Law.

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit on your purchase up to 28 days of purchase. The item must be returned by a receipted delivery service at your cost, in pristine condition, unworn, with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation this excludes sale pieces or promotional items. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders and special offers and does not affect your statutory rights.

Using the Baker Bros Jewellers web site or registering for information requires you to provide information, such as your name and address. Our policy is to keep this to a minimum to ensure that we can process your order or send you the relevant information. Any personal information you provide shall be held in a secure area purely for the use of Baker Bros and will not be released to a third party.
Baker Bros Jewellers website tracks information, such as the time spent, pages looked at and the traffic flow through our site. REMITTANCE TERMS:
prior to delivery. POST & PACKAGING/SHIPPING & HANDLING
For all UK addresses, a charge of £5.50 for postage, packing and insurance will be added to all orders.
Outside the UK, a flat rate charge of £6.95 per order will be applied.
Most goods are delivered by registered or recorded post.
Orders will only be made to the cardholders address and must be signed for on receipt

FAULTY GOODS
We will carefully examine all goods that are sold or despatched, but if goods are found to be faulty you should contact us on receipt and promptly return them within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. LINKS
